What if I can't breathe through my nose?
Then don't use the mouth tape. A strip across your lips takes away the only route you have left, and that is the one hard rule with mouth taping.

Which one should I start with?
If your nose is blocked at night, start with the strips. If your nose is fine and you wake up dry, start with the tape. If both sound like you, use both — the strips first, then the tape. That order matters, and it is the whole routine.
How long until I know if it works?
